One of the 52 playing cards issued to Dutch UNPROFOR troops deployed in the northern Washington, DC metro area. This card, the three of diamonds, depicts minor militia leader Connor Burke, formerly a Department of Homeland Security functionary in the pre-collapse administration. Burke's pro-regime Chain Bridge Militia was involved in war crimes, including the mass executions at Logan Circle that ultimately prompted UN involvement.   The eight of clubs, General Brian Leroy Jefts of the First Provisional Volunteer Division, was a more valuable target of both UNPROFOR and the Joint Stablisation Force.
